The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (http://www.umass.edu/pbs/) is seeking applicants for a Temporary Part-Time Lecturer Pool for our on-campus undergraduate programs. Successful candidates should have experience teaching undergraduate courses in one of the following areas: clinical psychology, cognitive psychology, developmental psychology, social psychology, and neuroscience. Candidates with expertise in teaching writing within a psychology curriculum or integrating diversity related content into psychology courses are especially encouraged to apply.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Psychology or Neuroscience, evidence of teaching excellence, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with diverse populations and experience mentoring/advising undergraduates.
