Controller UMass Amherst
The Controller ensures compliance with accounting standards, maintains appropriate internal financial controls, and provides robust financial reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making throughout the University. The Controller actively monitors compliance and is accountable for financial information provided to both the internal and external community including but not limited to tax reporting, internal and external audits and reporting of component units. The Controller works closely with the Budget Director to monitor and project operating results to achieve operating margins and other financial metrics for presentation to the university board of trustees. The Controller collaborates with the University of Massachusetts system office and the other UMass campuses to enhance operational services and streamline business processes. The Controller is a member of the Administration & Finance Council and serves as an expert advisor to senior leaders and plays a critical role in the implementation of new financial applications and procedures.
Executive Assistant I UMass Amherst
This position operates under direction and reports to the Vice Chancellor with functional supervision from the Executive Director. Serves as the executive assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Campus life.  Administers the day-to day clerical operations of the Vice Chancellor’s office and provides administrative support to the Vice Chancellor, Associate Vice Chancellor, Executive Director of Organizational Development and Efficiencies and the Director of SACL Communications and Professional Development. Assistant Director for Academic Support Upward Bound UMass Amherst
Within the Advocacy, Inclusion, and Support Programs (AISP) and under the supervision of the Upward Bound Director, the Upward Bound Assistant Director for Academic Support will: 1) Plan, coordinate and supervise components of the program, including the provision of instructional services, oversight and assessment of all academic support programs, college access and career counseling for eligible students, and coordination of the tutor mentoring component for the summer program. 2) Facilitate academic, social, cultural, and social development enrichment activities in order to promote completion of a high school diploma and preparation to enter a postsecondary institution. 3) Establish positive rapport and lines of communication with program staff, university staff and faculty, teachers and administrators of target schools, as well as parents and members of the local community. 4) Maintain and collect data required for completion in accord with federal reporting guidelines.

Communications & Events Manager UMass Amherst
Reporting to the Director of Faculty Development (DFD), the Communications and Events Manager is responsible for coordinating all Office for Faculty Development (OFD) events and communications, including supporting initiatives for the Associate Provost for Equity and Inclusion. Communications management will include designing, leading, and overseeing production of a wide range of multimedia communication materials, such as communication campaigns, event publicity, OFD and Prospective Faculty websites, brochures and manuals related to programming, and writing and disseminating press releases. Events management will include logistical planning and implementing workshops and events, including developing and overseeing a communications plan for workshop/events marketing; tracking and maintaining a database of registrations and program evaluations; coordinating venue acquisition, setup, and catering; and working effectively with co-workers, cosponsoring offices, and vendors to ensure successful events.
Director of Lead Management and Communications UMass Amherst
The Director of Lead Management and Communications reports to the Assistant Provost for Academic Programs and oversees lead management efforts and activities for all revenue-generating programs offered through the University Without Walls (UWW). The Director will manage the use and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system used by UWW (i.e., Salesforce) and will master the use of marketing automation software used by UWW (i.e., Marketing Cloud) to drive prospective student communications. The Director is responsible for the supervision of work and staff for the UWW Program Information Specialist team in order to achieve optimum results in growing student populations and meeting institutional goals. The Director will actuate website content as it relates to student recruitment, lead management and prospective student resources.
Director of Human Resources - University Without Walls (UWW) UMass Amherst
Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Administration, the Director of Human Resources oversees all human resources functions for University Without Walls (UWW) on the UMass Amherst campus and ensures uniform compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and University policies, practices, and procedures. The Director guides UWW on all aspects of human resources management, including, but not limited to, faculty and staff search processes, strategic planning, training programs, and professional development. In addition, the Director represents UWW in employee grievance matters, serves as UWW's primary human resource liaison to the Office of the Provost and the Office of Human Resources, and has signature authority.
Resource Economics - PostDoc UMass Amherst
