| The Assistant Provost of Student Success Initiatives & University Innovation Alliance Fellow works with cross-campus teams to improve student persistence, decrease barriers to student success, and foster a vibrant and equitable learning experience. Reporting to the Associate Provost for Student Success, the Asst. Provost will initiate projects and serve on teams that support undergraduate students, including low-income, first-generation, and historically underrepresented students. Their work will advance the ability for UMass to promote success at scale. |

| The Associate Director works to establish additional license revenue generation through the University of Massachusetts Trademark & Licensing Administration while strengthening and protecting the reputation and brand for the University System. This position acts as a liaison for the University of Massachusetts system and beyond in relation to the appropriate use of each member’s trademarks. Assist with managing, planning, and implementing the social media and marketing activities of University Licensing programs and related trademark operations with goals of increased brand exposure and revenue growth, while maintaining institutional brand integrity. |

| The Office Manager is responsible for the administrative management of the Berthiaume Center in the Isenberg School of Management. Responsibilities include departmental scheduling, purchasing, preparation of financial and non-financial reports, maintenance of the departmental website, and assisting in the planning and execution of departmental events. The position is the department liaison with other offices both in and outside of the Isenberg School. |

| The Director for Issues Management is a thought partner to the Associate Vice Chancellor (AVC) for Issues Management and plays a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and addressing various challenges or crises that could impact the institution. This position is an expert in developing and deploying content, effective communications, and risk mitigation measures to support ongoing priorities related to sensitive matters impacting the University. This position is a strategic thinker and brings a passion for working in crisis management, risk assessment, a coordinated approach to problem solving, and a strong ability to ensure that communication during crises is clear, accurate, and timely. |
