Clinical Placement Service Manager

| The College of Nursing is seeking a full-time 12-month Graduate Clinical Placement Services Manager. Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, and in collaboration with program directors, this staff member will recruit new clinical placement locations and preceptors as well as maintain existing relationships for our nursing students who are both local and located nationally. They will work with the College of Nursing faculty and other departments within the campus to promote opportunities for inter-professional education.
This position requires a dynamic response to a constantly changing work environment. This position requires a history of successful recruitment, excellent communication skills, general knowledge of healthcare systems, as well as administrative/clerical skills. |

This position offers the unique opportunity to join a strong team of collaborators between these colleges in the Elaine Marieb Center for Nursing and Engineering Innovation as well as part of the larger University-wide Institute for Applied Life Sciences (IALS) and its Center for Personalized Health Monitoring (CPHM). The selected candidate for this position is expected to be appointed to a Hluchyj-Marieb named term professorship, which is anticipated to transition to a fully endowed professorship in the near future. In addition, the successful candidate is expected to take a leadership role in large, collaborative, sponsored research projects. |
