The Director of Marketing and Communications (DMC) for the College of Humanities and Fine Arts (HFA) is responsible for the strategic oversight and implementation of the College's marketing and communication efforts to assure that a consistent image of excellence is portrayed in all materials and for developing strategies, policies, and procedures for enhancing that image. The DMC develops and implements branding, communications, and marketing strategies, for ensuring the quality and scope of multi-media output and coverage, and for measuring its effectiveness in achieving marketing goals. The DMC promotes the College's brand through traditional and non-traditional public relations, promotional events/vehicles, and advertising in support of all activities, including but not limited to, alumni relations, arts events, advising and career services, and faculty accomplishments. The DMC exercises direct supervisory and hiring responsibility over web development/administrative, communications, and editorial staff (both full-time staff and student employees), and oversees other staff engaged in marketing efforts within their individual units, departments, programs, centers, and service areas to assure integration related to all marketing and communication efforts. The DMC also serves as a liaison with upper-level administration in the offices of University Relations, Admissions, Information Technology, and others. The DMC interacts with media outlets on and off campus, using judgment and discretion in order to best represent the College.

Associate Director - 5 Campus Licensing (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Associate Director works to establish additional license revenue generation through the University of Massachusetts Trademark & Licensing Administration while strengthening and protecting the reputation and brand for the University System. Clerk IV (HR/Payroll Generalist) UMass Amherst
Review and process additional compensation forms for accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures. Enters payroll tax information and payroll deductions into the HR Direct Payroll system. Review and process Online Education (CPE) appointments in collaboration with other campus departments. Provide functional support with processing and maintaining retroactive funding changes and other funding related activities. Work with HR staff, departmental Personnel Coordinators and employees to promote an environment of 100% customer satisfaction.

The Office Manager is responsible for the administrative management of the Berthiaume Center in the Isenberg School of Management. Responsibilities include departmental scheduling, purchasing, preparation of financial and non-financial reports, maintenance of the departmental website, and assisting in the planning and execution of departmental events. Regional Public Health Nursing Professional - Western Mass Region UMass Amherst

Receives, prioritizes, and transmits first notification of calls for 24/7/365 service for police, fire and medical assistance from the campus community. Dispatches non-emergency and 911 calls for service to the campus community. Transmits messages by radio from the Communications Center to multiple mobile and portable units in accordance with strict rules and regulations. Communicates via state and national criminal databases to other police departments to report on criminal activity. Extensively documents actions and outcomes from all police, fire and medical incidents occurring on campus into a computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
