| Under the direct supervision of the Associate Provost for Academic Programs on the Mount Ida Campus, the MIC Student Success Advisor provides advising services for students interested in spending a semester at MIC and for students currently at the Mount Ida Campus. The position is responsive to the widely varied needs of diverse student populations and works in collaboration with the Amherst Campus network of advising and success personnel, including in wellbeing and academic departments to ensure high-quality advising and academic services for all MIC students. |

| The Senior Identity Access Management Analyst is a technical staff member of the Information Security organization supporting mission-critical IT applications, business processes, and infrastructure services provided by the Information Technology department. The Identity Access Management Analyst will collaborate with university business stakeholders to develop and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities that enable the full lifecycle management of UMass Amherst account identities, credentials, and entitlements according to security, privacy, and compliance requirements. This position will perform security analysis and risk assessment and improve security by setting policies and standards. This position requires deep knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), solid understanding of data security, academic business operations, compliance-related laws, regulations and audits. |

| The Desktop Support Technician (Technical Assistant III) configures, maintains, and supports the computer systems operated by Administration & Finance (A&F) Information Technology clients. These computer system, and the services they deliver, provide mission critical services to A&F Information Technology. These services include file and print sharing, group collaboration, messaging and calendaring, and managed server and workstation security. Additionally, the person recommends new technologies, and participates in implementation and special projects as required. |
