The Assistant Director of the Office of Undergraduate Research and Studies (OURS) manages the daily operations, expansion, and growth of the program. This role includes overseeing undergraduate research education, facilitating research access, and managing a cohort of Undergraduate Research Mentors. The Assistant Director also advises students individually, develops workshops and information sessions (both virtual and in-person), and maintains the OURS website and research databases. Collaborating with campus partners, the Assistant Director works to expand undergraduate research opportunities across the University. |

Reporting to the Director of Student Success Persistence Programs & Advising Support, this role leads campus efforts to uphold academic integrity and manages the implementation of the University's Academic Integrity and Grievance policies. |

Performs all General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and ChartField Maintenance functions within the Controller’s Office. Supports federal sponsor letter of credit (LOC) activities, other sponsored billing activities, accounts receivables (A/R) processing, and collections efforts. Responsible for ChartField creation and continuous maintenance. Creates complex data extracts for interfaces with PeopleSoft, Access databases, and other systems. Ensures the accuracy of the organization's accounting and database records. Fulfills various general accounting responsibilities, including journal entry review and audit, budget error resolution, and other reporting. Exercises independent judgment to maintain conformance with University, State, and Federal guidelines, as well as GAAP accounting requirements |

The Director of Advising and Pathway Programs manages a comprehensive advising program for academic programs within the University Without Walls Division. Ensures high quality advising and academic services for all students, with particular emphasis on programmatic needs for online, non-traditional, and exploratory students. Leads the development and delivery of programs and services that will enhance student success, retention, and the student experience. Provides leadership for current student pathway programs and collaborates in the development of new programs. Responsive to the widely varied needs of diverse student populations and works in a high volume and fast-paced work environment. |
