The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) is responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the human resource function within the college. This role directs the CNS Human Resource office and provides leadership to administrative support staff throughout CNS, the largest academic unit on the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus. The Senior HRBP establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with campus partners and has primary responsibility for developing, leading, and managing initiatives of strategic importance while maintaining a productive, compliant and positive workplace. |
Electrician I (Card Access Technician)

The Electrician I (Card Access) installs, maintains, operates, repairs and/or initiates repairs on building systems such as, but not limited to, card access systems, security systems, fire alarms, communication equipment, and their related devices and performs other related work as required. Employs the use of specialized testing and monitoring, diagnostic equipment; works synchronously with contractors, engineers, control technicians, etc. to maintain the building systems integrity. Exercises functional supervision of other employees of lower grade performing related repair and maintenance activities. |
