| The Undergraduate Academic & Career Advisor or Senior Academic & Career Advisor supports the social justice mission of the College of Education and works collaboratively with other advising staff to provide comprehensive academic and career advising for students in (1) the Education Exploratory Track, (2) pre-licensure, and (3) the undergraduate education concentrations. The Senior Academic and Career Advisor is responsible for developing and maintaining advising resources and systems related to one or more of these academic pathways. Both levels ensure a high level of advising and academic services for all students with emphasis on student success and the programmatic needs for first-year, first-generation, and historically marginalized students. |

| Under the direct supervision of the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) Assistant Academic Dean, the Assistant Director of Retention and Student Success will help develop a comprehensive program to increase student retention and graduation rates. This position will provide academic advising for undergraduate students with a specific focus on reducing the number of students in academic jeopardy and will assist with the planning and implementation of proactive CNS programs and services to enhance the success and retention of CNS undergraduate students. |

| The Electrician I installs, maintains, operates, repairs and/or initiates repairs on building systems such as; electric, electronic, electro-mechanical controls, card access/security, fire alarm, communication equipment, and their related devices and performs other related work as required, including but not limited to, repairs and/or initiates repairs on building systems such as; control systems, heating and ventilation (HVAC) systems, cooling towers, pumps and related equipment. Employing the use and need of specialized testing and monitoring, diagnostic equipment; works synchronously with Control Technicians / trade personnel maintaining the building systems integrity, exercises functional supervision of other employees of lower grade performing related repair and maintenance activities. |
