Assist in the day-to-day operations of Member Services and the Member Services Desk in the Recreation and Wellbeing (RecWell) Center. Oversee all point of sale (POS) operations, including cash and credit card sales, of all memberships and programming available to Recreation and Wellbeing members. Process and monitor daily revenue transactions, prepare daily deposits and credit card journal entries, and assist the Assistant Director for Marketing and Member Services with the reconciliation of RecWell revenue accounts. Oversee Member Services student staff, RecWell student payroll functions, including hiring, termination, and time reporting of approximately 450 -500 student employees. |

The Executive Assistant I supports the social justice mission of the College by providing comprehensive, executive level, administrative support to the Dean of the College of Education. Assisting in a wide range of complex and confidential matters including overseeing the Dean's schedule, screening visitors and phone calls, reading and responding to daily emails, composing or preparing other correspondence, researching and preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining paper and electronic files. Provides similar administrative support to the Director of Development.
Reports directly to the Dean of the College, with independent decision-making responsibilities, under established guidelines, particularly in the absence of the Dean. |

Support the research and teaching missions of the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, a large research and teaching department with several hundred computer users that teaches 15,000 students each year by maintaining the integrity of operating systems, software and hardware for workstations, desktop computers and servers in a highly dynamic multi-platform computing environment. Support the administration of all departmental UNIX/Linux, MacOS, and Windows computer systems and the department’s local area network. Assure that an effective and smooth running operation prevails and that the high standards set forth are maintained. |
