Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Advocacy, Inclusion and Support, the Upward Bound Program Director will be responsible for the development, administration and management of the Upward Bound Program, including but not limited to the hiring, training, supervision and evaluation of project staff, fiscal management, project development and management. The Interim Program Director will administer and manage all aspects of the Upward Bound Program in accordance with federal and state guidelines and regulations.
This is a term limited grant funded, one (1) year appointment. |

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) II supports HR processes to ensure alignment with the business goals of Research & Engagement. The HRBP II provides guidance and policy interpretation on complex HR issues including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation/ classification, leave administration, and performance management across campus research support units and other areas as assigned by the Associate Vice Chancellor of Research Support Services (AVCRSS). This position proactively supports the HR and operational needs of large-scale research awards and collaborates with senior HR staff to address personnel issues escalated by post-award support staff across the campus. |

The Senior Associate Director of Athletics for Finance and Business Services serves as an essential member of the athletics department executive leadership team. The Senior Associate Director develops, plans, leads, and implements the department’s operating budget and long-range capital and operations strategic planning. The Senior Associate Athletic Director manages the athletic department’s central business administrative function while ensuring compliance with all University, Conference and NCAA regulations. This position plays a critical role in the future business model for a progressive Division I athletics department, including supporting additional benefits and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) initiatives for student-athletes.
