| Installs, maintains, operates, repairs and/or initiates repairs on building systems such as, but not limited to, clock systems, card access systems, security systems, fire alarm systems, communication equipment, and their related devices and performs other related work as required. Employing the use of specialized testing and monitoring, diagnostic equipment; works synchronously with Contractors, Engineers, Control Technicians, etc. maintaining the building systems integrity. Exercises functional supervision of other employees of lower grade performing related repair and maintenance activities. |

| The Work Management Specialist coordinates, processes, and monitors scheduling and work management systems for facilities and campus services. They are the primary contact for building occupants and responsible for building maintenance communications; administers procedures and training for new users; ensures proper utilization of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); provides reports and statistical data from the work management systems. |
