The Concessions, Commissary, and Food Truck Manager is responsible for the management of a multifaceted concession operations including McGuirk Stadium, Mullins Center, athletic events, and campus events along with the food trucks (2), food trailer and the retail commissary. Interacts directly with campus partners to assess evolving business requirements meet service and accommodation demands. |
