Supervises and participates in the performance of general custodial duties including the cleaning of a building or a group of buildings.
Clerk IV - University Police Department UMass Amherst
The Clerk IV will serve as the primary payroll and records clerk for the University of Massachusetts Police Department (UMPD). The incumbent will maintain criminal incident records, arrest reports, accident reports, and citations in compliance with public records law. Gather documents for other state and federal law enforcement agencies, attorneys, parents, students, faculty, and staff. Execute all payroll functions for a 24-hour department governed by a complex overtime system.
Communications Dispatcher II - UMPD UMass Amherst
Receives, prioritizes and transmits first notification of calls for service for police, fire and medical assistance from the campus community. Dispatches non-emergency and 911 calls for service to the campus community. Transmits messages by radio from the Communications Center to multiple mobile and portable units in accordance with strict rules and regulations. Communicates via state and national criminal databases to other police departments to report on criminal activity. Extensively documents actions and outcomes from all police, fire and medical incidents occurring on campus into a computer-aided Dispatch (CAD) system.

Incumbent performs a variety of duties including the review of financial statements, preparation of financial reports, assist with budget processes and reconciliation of accounts. Works closely with other accounting personnel, internal departments and external parties.
