Extension Educator II - Nutrition Education Program - Boston, MA (Hybrid Opportunity) UMass Amherst
The Extension Educator II, will plan, conduct and evaluate educational workshops and training sessions with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) eligible youth and adults for SNAP-ED in the Boston area, as detailed in the Annual SNAP-ED Program Plan. This position is based out of our Malden, MA regional extension office and serves the greater Boston area.

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Department of Health Promotion and Policy. Participates in supervision of student workers. Prepares, tracks and files general financial forms including but not limited to purchasing, travel, and reconciling accounts. Assists in the preparation of Human Resource (HR) and financial reports, proposals, and miscellaneous office materials using various software packages such as Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Summit. Provides administrative support to the Graduate Program Director.
