Departmental Assistant UMass Amherst
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Production, this part-time hourly position performs daily clerical and office operations for the Operations and Production Services departments.  The position provides support for Fine Arts Center (FAC) and rental events in FAC’s venues across campus.  Duties include creating estimates for events, working with ArtsVision venue management software, and event support.
Clerk IV (HR/Payroll Generalist) UMass Amherst
Review and process additional compensation forms for accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures. Enters payroll tax information and payroll deductions into the HR Direct Payroll system. Review and process Online Education (CPE) appointments in collaboration with other campus departments. Provide functional support with processing and maintaining retroactive funding changes and other funding related activities. Work with HR staff, departmental Personnel Coordinators and employees to promote an environment of 100% customer satisfaction.
Clerk IV (Facilities Coordinator) UMass Amherst
Under the direction of the Sr. Associate Dean for Operations, the facility coordinator serves as the single point-of-contact for Isenberg's three buildings: ISOM, Alfond, and the Business and Innovation Hub. Responsibilities include: facilities-related customer service to nearly 250 faculty and staff; general building maintenance oversight; and, emergency response situations. Coordinates with the office of Special Programs and Engagement and the Undergraduate Programs Office to provide support for events and special facility operations. Works with Isenberg Technology Support Services (TSS) Department to coordinate technology installations and upgrades. Works with furniture and equipment vendors to assist in procurement, delivery, and set-up. Oversees periodic faculty office relocations. Schedules maintenance requests, works with the Physical Plant, Facilities and department personnel to schedule meetings and projects involving physical space. Serves as a liaison with campus departments (e.g. Physical Plant) regarding building preventative and restorative maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned.

Assistant Professor (TT) - Electrical and Computer Engineering - High Frequency Electronics UMass Amherst

Postdoctoral Research Associate - Wildlife Ecology & Conservation UMass Amherst
The Senner Lab at UMass in the Department of Environmental Conservation is looking for a postdoctoral research associate. The position will support a collaborative NSF-funded project – along with the Velotta Lab at the University of Denver and Cheviron Lab at the University of Montana (UMT) – studying the influence of parasitic botflies on the demography, physiology, and evolutionary biology of deer mice (Peromyscus maniculatus) in the Colorado Rockies in the context of climate change. The preferred candidate will have a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, or a related field, and will have experience with demographic analyses or climate change modelling. The position will be for 12 months with a potential to renew for up to three years. The start date is negotiable between December 1, 2024–March 1, 2025.
